Parish Governance
In the Episcopal Church, the Vestry consists of elected members who serve as agents and legal representatives of the Parish in matters of property and the relationship between the parish and its Clergy. New Vestry members are elected by the parish each year at the Annual Parish Meeting as members’ terms expire. Each Vestry member serves for three years. Any active, confirmed member of the parish, who is listed in the Parish Record and is a giver of record may run for the Vestry.

The parish also elects delegates to be representatives of the Church of the Holy Faith at Diocesan Convocation and area Deanery meetings. Marty Buchsbaum, Clarke Fountain, and David Harwell, are our current Diocesan Delegates.
